1. License & Scope of Service

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use NBFC Careers if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. We grant tenant companies a limited, non-exclusive license to operate job dashboards and evaluate applicants in accordance with their subscription plan.

2. User Account Obligations

Users must supply completely accurate information. Candidate dossiers, company registration portfolios, and job criteria must represent actual entities and vacancies. The creation of spoof profiles or posting of generic fraudulent ads is completely prohibited and will lead to automatic tenant suspension.

3. Custom Branding & IP Protection

NBFC Careers allows companies to customise dashboards and print resumes with watermarks. The underlying core architecture, AI match engines, and "NBFC Careers" watermarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of our company.

4. Under Review State

HR accounts undergo rigorous review. Registration does not constitute authorization. We reserve the full right to reject registrations without liability or refund if corporate records do not meet security verification rules.
