Fact-Checking Policy

Effective Date: June 7, 2026

Accuracy is the cornerstone of NBFC Careers. We understand that candidates rely on our portal for critical job deadlines, salary brackets, and eligibility criteria to secure their careers. Our Fact-Checking Policy outlines our strict verification processes to ensure no false or misleading recruitment news is published on our platform.

1. Official Source Verification

We do not publish any recruitment notices based on rumors, unofficial WhatsApp forwards, or unverified social media leaks. Every job listing, result announcement, or admit card update is cross-referenced with:

  • Official notification PDFs uploaded to the respective organization's official domain (ending in `.gov.in`, `.nic.in`, `.co.in`, or verified corporate domains).
  • Press releases distributed via official government news bureaus (such as PIB India).
  • Direct job postings from verified HR representatives of RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).

2. Double-Check Verification Workflow

Before any new recruitment notice or exam date is pushed to live indexing:

  1. A staff writer extracts the core fields (vacancies, age limits, qualifications, dates).
  2. A senior editor verifies each extracted field directly against the official notification document.
  3. If any ambiguity is found (e.g., conflicting dates or criteria), the listing is placed on hold until clarified directly by the company's recruitment helpdesk.

3. Company Legitimacy Checks

To protect candidates from job scams, we verify that every employer who registers on NBFCCareer.com is a legally registered company. We perform background checks on company registrations, check corporate identity numbers (CIN), and verify that email addresses match official company domain names.
