Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing the NBFC Careers platform for your recruitment operations. We strive to provide premium services to all our tenant companies and candidate users.

1. SaaS Corporate Subscriptions

We provide subscriptions across several tiers (Free, Growth, Enterprise). Growth and Enterprise subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Due to the immediate deployment of system bandwidth, AI tokens, and administrative review actions, all corporate subscriptions are **non-refundable**.

2. Pending HR Reviews

In the event that an HR registration is submitted under a paid plan but the corporate verification checks fail and the account is ultimately **rejected** by our administrators, a full refund of any pending setup fees will be credited back to the original source payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Tenants can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their dashboard settings. Access to premium job pipelines, ATS score panels, and watermarked downloads will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the dashboard will transition back to the Free plan.
